4. SHOPPING ON THE WEBSITE
When you place an order for a course, you are offering to buy the course for the price advertised and stated on the website at the time of purchase.
When a user, intending to purchase a course on the website, places an order, SLC Guitar will send that user a purchase confirmation email. This email confirmation will be generated automatically. Once payment and course registration is made, the content and payment features will be unlocked and the course content will be available on the platform.
SLC Guitar may cancel any transaction and not provide the courses if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue course availability at any time in its sole discretion. This does not affect your legal rights.
The digital products offered on this website are for personal use only, the commercial license is not included. The right to exploit the product and the commercial license can only be granted with written authorization from SLC Guitar.
6. PAYMENTS
All payments to SLC Guitar are handled securely. Online Courses & online memberships will be paid through PayPal and Stripe (payment platforms available on the website).
Payment will be debited from your credit card, debit card or PayPal account immediately on you placing the order for the course you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.
Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the courses. SLC Guitar reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the courses.
7. REFUNDS
Our Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. By making a transaction through the website, you represent and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your legal rights. All online courses have a 30-day money back guarantee. (until midnight of the third day after registration), requests made after 30 days after registration will not be considered and will be rejected.
