If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, you must leave the SLC Guitar website and stop using the services immediately. You agree to (a) immediately notify SLC Guitar of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You may never use another User’s account without prior authorization from SLC Guitar. SLC Guitar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.

By providing SLC Guitar with your email address and phone number you consent to our use of your email address to send you notices about the service and products, including those required by law. We may also use your email address and phone number to send you notifications and other messages, such as changes to service features, news, and special offers. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your withdrawal request via the contact information or by using the "unsubscribe" option in the emails or mobile notifications. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails about updates, news or offers. 

3. ACCOUNT
Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason by following the instructions on the platform or by sending us their request through our contact information. That termination will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all the personal data granted to SLC Guitar.

SLC Guitar reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if SLC Guitar believes that you have breached any of these terms, furnished SLC Guitar with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the platform, website or the service by others.

3. ACCOUNT DELETION AND TERMINATION
Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason by following the instructions on the platform or by sending us their request through our contact information. That termination will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all the personal data granted to SLC Guitar.

SLC Guitar reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if SLC Guitar believes that you have breached any of these terms, furnished SLC Guitar with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the platform, website or the service by others.

4. SHOPPING ON THE WEBSITE
When you place an order for a course, you are offering to buy the course for the price advertised and stated on the website at the time of purchase.

When a user, intending to purchase a course on the website, places an order, SLC Guitar will send that user a purchase confirmation email. This email confirmation will be generated automatically. Once payment and course registration is made, the content and payment features will be unlocked and the course content will be available on the platform. 

SLC Guitar may cancel any transaction and not provide the courses if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue course availability at any time in its sole discretion. This does not affect your legal rights.

The digital products offered on this website are for personal use only, the commercial license is not included. The right to exploit the product and the commercial license can only be granted with written authorization from SLC Guitar.

6. PAYMENTS
All payments to SLC Guitar are handled securely. Online Courses & online memberships will be paid through PayPal and Stripe (payment platforms available on the website).

Payment will be debited from your credit card, debit card or PayPal account immediately on you placing the order for the course you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide. 

Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the courses. SLC Guitar reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the courses.

7. REFUNDS
Our Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. By making a transaction through the website, you represent and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your legal rights. All online courses have a 30-day money back guarantee. (until midnight of the third day after registration), requests made after 30 days after registration will not be considered and will be rejected.

8. PRICES
SLC Guitar reserves the right to determine the price of courses. SLC Guitar will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. SLC Guitar may change the price for any product, including additional fees or charges. SLC Guitar, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of SLC Guitar users.
